Dr. Lawrence Bank attended the The Seventh International Conference on Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Computation (SEMC 2019) in Cape Town, South Africa, from 2 to 4 September 2019. He organized and chaired the session on Structural Use of FRP Composites an presented an invited paper entitled “Structural analysis of FRP parts from waste wind turbine blades for building reuse applications".” and the paper “Shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams with GFRP needles as coarse aggregate partial replacement: Full-scale experiments.”
